I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with over 15 years of diverse clinical experience in both the Philippines and the UK. My nursing career began in 2009 as a Nurse in the Philippines, where I developed strong foundations in outpatient care, health education, and preventive medicine. I also served as a Nurse in a corporate occupational health setting before relocating to the UK in 2019.

Since moving to the UK, I have steadily progressed in the adult social care sector – working as a Registered Nurse, Unit Manager, Clinical Lead, and most recently stepping into the role of Home Manager at Florence Mill Care Home in March 2025. In these roles, I have gained extensive experience in care planning, team leadership, and quality improvement. My leadership journey reflects a strong commitment to person-centred care, staff development, and operational excellence. I am passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Hello. I have worked as a clinical lead within Stapleton House for the last five years. My background entails an almost 20-year history of working with acute medical care within the local hospital trust. I have an extensive and sound knowledge base of varying conditions.

Since starting my career within Stapleton House, as a team we have strived to ensure our residents are safe, looked after and have built excellent relations with families and professionals entering our service.

Being promoted to care home manager is an honour and a privilege, and also a natural progression in my career.

My journey in healthcare began in 2016 as a nurse in Cumbria, where I spent five years honing my skills and gaining invaluable experience, including 2.5 years as a Clinical Lead. During this time, I also worked as a Bank Nurse (Band 5) at West Cumberland Hospital, which deepened my understanding of hospital and residential care. In 2021, I relocated to Liverpool and became the Deputy Manager at Bloomcare – Brushwood Care Home in Speke. My passion for providing high-quality care and leadership has since led me to my current role at Beechcroft, where I continue to focus on delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
