My name is Florin Hergheligiu, and I am proud to serve as the Registered Manager at Beechcroft Care Home in Runcorn. My journey in healthcare began in 2016 as a nurse in Cumbria, where I spent five years honing my skills and gaining invaluable experience, including 2.5 years as a Clinical Lead. During this time, I also worked as a Bank Nurse (Band 5) at West Cumberland Hospital, which deepened my understanding of hospital and residential care. In 2021, I relocated to Liverpool and became the Deputy Manager at Bloomcare – Brushwood Care Home in Speke. My passion for providing high-quality care and leadership has since led me to my current role at Beechcroft, where I continue to focus on delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
